WHO WE WORK WITH

Technical support for steel construction, machining and sheet-metal fabrication.

Fabnera takes on detailing and technical documentation for steel fabricators. We turn architectural and engineering projects into fabrication-ready steel models and detailed fabrication drawings, and prepare production outputs such as assembly drawings, part drawings, material and cut lists, NC/DSTV and plate DXF files. Where the project requires it, we also support coordination of quality control, documentation and NDT processes.

Independently of steel construction, Fabnera also provides SolidWorks-based mechanical design and manufacturing drawing services. We prepare 3D modelling and production-ready technical documentation for CNC parts, machine components, welded constructions, sheet-metal parts, moulds and special manufacturing equipment.

DELIVERY PROMISE

DRAWINGS ISSUED FOR FABRICATION AND ERECTION.

We do not only produce “nice drawings”. Every package is prepared so the shop knows what to produce and the site knows what to erect. Files are delivered with clear naming and revision status.

01

Fabrication-ready

Part sizes, holes, welds, marks and materials organised for shop production.

02

Erection-ready

Assembly sequence, connections and site drawings prepared for the erection team.

03

Organised filing

GA, shop, assembly, BOM, NC/DXF — separated, traceable and on current revision.

PROJECT INTAKE

EVERY PROJECT STARTS WITH REQUIREMENTS.

Before detailing begins, all project documentation, standards and fabrication requirements are reviewed and recorded. Missing information generates an RFI — not an assumption.

RFI PROCESS

WE DON'T GUESS.

When engineering information is incomplete or conflicting, Fabnera raises a formal Request for Information rather than making undocumented assumptions.

Every RFI is logged, tracked and resolved before affected work proceeds. This protects the fabricator, the engineer and the project.
